Pulse Guy is a team project I’ve been part of since day one. It started in August 2025 as a playful meme for the PulseChain community, riffing on the “chill guy” meme, and it has since grown into an entire ecosystem.
I built the original site, justapulseguy.meme, and when the project outgrew it in March 2026 I built the rebranded pulseguy.com as the home base for everything. I also make Pulse Guy’s social media content and videos, so the brand looks and feels the same on X, Telegram and the site. Right now I’m working on the NFT side of the project.
The ecosystem
What started as a meme now covers a lot of ground:
- $PULSEGUY, the token at the centre of it all.
- Three Telegram bots: a Trending bot for volume, a Buy bot for buy alerts and a Trading bot for trading straight from Telegram.
- pgTerminal, a full trading terminal for PulseChain, now on V3.
- pgNFT, an NFT marketplace with staking and a buy-and-burn flywheel.
- The arcade, with Just a Flappy Pulse Guy and Pac Guy.
- A meme generator where anyone can drop Pulse Guy onto their own background, add captions and download the result.
- Merch for the community.
The site
pulseguy.com walks people through all of that, from the token and its tokenomics to the bots, the terminal and the NFTs. I built every section in Elementor with a lot of hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript on top, including a custom neon header, an animated hero and an arcade picker that pops up from the navigation. The games are plain JavaScript, and the Flappy leaderboard runs on its own small PHP and MySQL backend.
Tech stack
WordPress and Elementor for the site, custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the interactive parts, and PHP with MySQL for the game leaderboard.
Videos
A few of the videos I made for the project. They’re the same ones that play on the pulseguy.com home page.
